Prep Time: 15 min | Cook Time: 30 min | Serves: 4 The Story Pho is one of the world's great healing foods — and it starts with the broth. Using NourishYourself 48-hour bone broth as your base means you skip the 12-hour simmer and go straight to the good stuff: deep, collagen-rich flavour that warms you from the inside out. Ingredients 1L NourishYourself Beef Bone Broth 2 cups water 1 cinnamon stick 3 star anise 4 cloves 1 tbsp fresh ginger, sliced 2 tbsp fish sauce 1 tsp coconut sugar 200g rice noodles (cooked per package) 200g grass-fed beef sirloin, sliced paper thin 1 cup bean sprouts Fresh Thai basil, cilantro, green onion 1 lime, quartered Hoisin and sriracha to serve Method Combine bone broth, water, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, and ginger in a pot. Bring to a gentle simmer for 20 minutes. Strain out spices. Season with fish sauce and coconut sugar. Taste and adjust. Divide cooked noodles between bowls. Lay raw beef slices on top. Ladle boiling hot broth over the beef — it will cook on contact. Top with bean sprouts, fresh herbs, and green onion. Serve with lime, hoisin, and sriracha. Why This Works The collagen in NourishYourself bone broth gives the pho its signature silky body — no MSG, no shortcuts.
