3. Return & Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our bone broths.

• 30-Day Policy: Every product sold by Nourish Yourself Bone Broths is warranted with a 30-day money-back return policy. If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please return it within 30 days for a replacement or money back.

• Conditions for Return: You may return most unopened items within 30 days of the original delivery. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged or opened if they are fresh or frozen food items. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale unless received in a damaged condition.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare case that your order contains a defective item or the wrong item, we will provide a replacement at no charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we will credit your account.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nourish Yourself Bone Broths reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged, we shall issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
