Bone Broth Gravy

Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 15 min | Serves: 8 The Story Gravy made with NourishYourself bone broth is in a different league entirely. The natural gelatin means it thickens on its own — no flour paste, no cornstarch — just pure, concentrated flavour that makes every roast dinner unforgettable. Ingredients 500ml NourishYourself Beef Bone Broth Pan drippings from your roast 1 small onion, finely diced 2 cloves garlic, minced ½ cup red wine or port 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper Optional: 1 tbsp flour if you prefer a thicker gravy Method Pour pan drippings into a saucepan, leaving about 2 tbsp. Sauté onion and garlic over medium heat until golden. Add wine or port. Reduce by half, scraping up any browned bits. Pour in bone broth and Worcestershire. Add thyme. Simmer uncovered 10–12 minutes until reduced and slightly thickened. If using flour, whisk 1 tbsp into 2 tbsp cold water and stir in during the last 3 minutes. Season generously. Strain through a fine sieve for a silky finish. Why This Works NourishYourself bone broth is naturally high in gelatin — it thickens as it reduces, giving you a gravy with body and depth that store-bought stock simply cannot replicate.
