Ingredients 750ml NourishYourself Beef Bone Broth 2 tbsp white or red miso paste 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated 2 portions ramen or soba noodles, cooked 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced and sautéed 2 soft-boiled eggs, halved 2 sheets nori 2 green onions, sliced Sesame seeds and chili oil to finish Method Warm bone broth over medium heat. Whisk in miso paste until fully dissolved — do not boil after adding miso. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Taste and adjust. Divide cooked noodles between two deep bowls. Ladle hot broth over noodles. Top with sautéed mushrooms, soft-boiled egg, nori, and green onion. Finish with sesame seeds and chili oil. Soft-Boiled Egg Method Bring water to a boil. Lower eggs in gently, cook exactly 7 minutes, transfer to ice water. Peel when cool. Why This Works Miso and bone broth are both fermented/slow-cooked gut-health powerhouses — together they create a broth with serious functional depth.
